Since the customer's mold is an 8-cavity mold, the material collection PC boxes on the rack are also divided into 8 sections. The upper feeding box can be adjusted according to the position of the mold's claws. Once the parts are placed into the feeding box, they flow through the pipes and into the corresponding PC boxes below. After production is complete, personnel only need to collect the materials from the PC boxes. This design enables quality control personnel to monitor better the condition of the products produced by each mold and reduces plastic waste.
