Here are some key features of this conveyor: Firstly, the dual knives ensure a smooth transition between machines without gaps. Secondly, the conveyor body can be folded, making it easier to clean the machine and the belt. Since egg roll crumbs can get into the conveyor during transportation, it requires daily cleaning. With the release of the buckles on the side and lifting of the handle, personnel can easily clean the area below the machine and the food belt. Once cleaning is complete, the conveyor body can be folded back and secured with the buckles. Lastly, the scrapers have been installed at the bottom. The first scraper removes egg roll crumbs, while the second one scrapes off oil from the belt. All residues are collected in the collector attached. When the chute is full, it can be easily removed to facilitate the cleaning process. The chute's design also makes cleaning more convenient for users.
