Mobile phones have become an indispensable part of our lives. Phone cases are no longer just tools for protection on the phone; but also accessories that can be changed according to our preferences and styles. With the increasing demand for phone cases, the industry in mobile phone accessories has started to flourish rapidly.

In this case, our client has planned two logistics delivery lines. The pre-packaged phone cases will first undergo manual barcode scanning to determine which conveyor belt layer they should be placed on (top/middle/bottom). Each conveyor machine has five sets of cylinders and five sets of sensors. The system will use the scanned barcode data to determine which logistics box the package should enter. When the box is conveyed on the belt, it will be positioned using sensors and pushed into the logistics box by the cylinders.

這次我們客戶規畫了兩套物流配送的產線，以經打包好的手機殼會先經過人工掃條碼的方式確認包裹要放在上/中/下 哪一層輸送帶上，每一臺輸送機上面都有五組汽缸跟五組sensor,系統會依照條碼掃到的資料去判斷包裹要進入哪一個物流箱，當包裹在輸送帶上面跑的時候，就會透過sensor訂位，汽缸推料的動作，把包裹送進物流箱內。
