This time we helped the customer to plan a climbing conveyor. Since the customer is mainly used to transport dough, it is different from the usual PVC green belt before. This time we choose a food-grade belt made of PU double-sided yarn to allow the dough to be transported. During the process, it will not stick to the belt, and a blue food-grade guide strip is added to prevent the dough from rolling at will, and then it is positioned with a sensor.
As for why the tripod underneath is so big?
In order to meet the two major demands of customers: space saving, time cost of replacing the machine, and to be able to use different conveyors for different doughs, we put this conveyor on the customer’s original conveyor, and offered considerate help. We designed the sheet metal device in the middle of the machine so that the customer can easily switch the conveyor. When customers need to use the original machine, they only need to hook up our machine slightly to the tenon of the middle sheet metal to free up space to use the machine placed below.
