Have you ever seen a conveyor with 360-degree rotation and jigs? This time Yuan Yu designed a aluminum extrusion double-belt conveyors with 360-degree rotation. The conveyor has double belts which is used to transport jig. To make the process more smoothly, the empty space in the middle of the conveyor was equipped with Jacking cylinder and Blocking cylinder to fix jig’s position at the bottom.

To make jigs move more stable during horizontal movement, we used the chain lift conveyor equipped with bearing on the intermediate part. This conveyor with 360-degree rotating is suitable for the process which need long processing time. The workers only need to collect and replenish materials regularly.
