那這次的輸送物是光學產業用的塑膠零件，手臂會把射出完成的塑膠件，夾起來放到前端平面的輸送帶上，接著往下運送，運送的過程中，為了防止空氣中落塵掉到輸送物上面，我們在這斜坡段上方加裝了ㄇ型的壓克力護蓋做阻隔，而蓋子旁邊也安裝了一組鋁擠架，用途是要讓蓋子可以平穩的90度打開，不會因受到碰撞而損壞，也讓人員看料取料也更方便

The goose-neck conveyor with an aluminum belt is one of the most commonly used conveyors in the plastic injection industry. In this case, the conveyor is used for transporting plastic parts for the optical industry.

The robotic arm will pick up the completed plastic items from the injection process and place them onto the flat conveyor belt at the front end. Items will then be transported downwards. To prevent dust from falling onto the transported items, we have installed an M-shaped acrylic cover above the inclined section as a barrier. Additionally, an aluminum extrusion frame is installed beside the cover. Its purpose is to allow the body to open smoothly at a 90-degree angle without being damaged by collisions, making it more convenient for personnel to view and retrieve the materials.
